our office manager, together with Kim, Audrey & Bev are responsible for
making everything run smoothly... from monitoring appointments in order to
insure your appointment time is on schedule, updating you health
information, verifying your insurance coverage and benefits, collecting
your co-pay at the time of your appoi ntment,
scheduling all future appointments, and last, but most important, making
your visit comfortable, convenient and professional
Our office staff is
courteous, pleasant and pledged to help you achieve your dental goal.
If you have the benefit of dental insurance, we will help you in every way
that is possible to maximize your benefits. We will complete and
submit insurance forms and process your claims. We will provide you
with an estimate of your insurance plan benefit and your anticipated
co-pay which will be due at the time of service. For your
convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
Appointments
can be made daily during office hours by calling us at the number listed
above. We understand that your time is valuable and will make every
effort to provide you with a courtesy phone call 2 days in advance of your
scheduled appointment. In doing so, we appreciate your giving us
48-hour notice to re-schedule appointments, which will allow us the
necessary time to contact another patient who requires an earlier
appointment. |
